Returns and Exchanges


POLICY

NO REFUNDS. NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed. Please confirm billing and shipping address before completing orders. 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for acceptable returns for an exchange or store credit:

RETURNS

We will send you an email when your return package has arrived at VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC. Please note, returns take up to 10 business days to process upon reaching VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC. Once the return is processed and credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at contact@vaynnefitness.com. Include a description and image of the damage.
