"I SELECTED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN THIS BE CORRECTED OR CHANGED?"
We do not accept alterations nor cancellations to orders placed by customers. Please make sure that before you finalize your order, you have selected the correct item, size and color.
"I ENTERED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, CAN THIS BE CORRECTED?"
Please check your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing your order. For any reason a shipping address is incorrect, this cannot be changed and will result in order cancellation by VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC. Should this occur, you will receive an email regarding the cancelation. This is the only instance a refund will be provided.
"MY TRACKING SAYS MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER, CAN YOU SHIP BACK OUT?"
Any item returned to VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC due to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back out to the customer. This scenario will be treated as a standard return for store credit only.
"WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?"
VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, nor misplaced packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are at the fault of the shipping carrier.
"MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED YET, IT SHOWS IT'S STILL IN TRANSIT?"
VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once it is in the carriers possession. Once an item is in transit, there is no action we can take to expedite the delivery process. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are at the fault of the shipping carrier.

"HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?"
Hand wash sweat bands and waist trainers only. Air dry after washing.
"HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?"
Please email contact@vaynnefitness.com. Please include all details (order number, item, size, and color) and an image regarding your concern.
"WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?"
VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC does not accept cancellations. Please assure, before you finalize your order, to have selected the correct item, size, and color.
"WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?"
VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC does not provide returns. Please fill out the provide Return Card, prior to sending your purchase to the remittance address below. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return unworn, unused, and undamaged items to VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC within 7 days of delivery date for store credit only. This excludes FOR SALE items. Items must be in new condition, with all tags and labels attached.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has arrived at VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC.
Please allow 10 business days for return processing. You will be notified of your store credit via email. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Please do not ship your items to the below remittance with the intent to return the item and receive store credit, without completing the Return Card provided with your order upon delivery. Items sent to the below remittance will not be returned to the sender under any circumstance unless paid for by the sender. Items sent to the below remittance without a completed Return Card, will not be eligible for store credit. VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC cannot promise to contact customers with uncompleted Return Cards due to high-volume orders.

"CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SALE ITEM?"
VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC does not accept returns/exchanges for sale items. Sale items are not eligible for store credit. For Sale items are FINAL SALE.
"WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?"
VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC does not accept exchanges. Please assure, before you finalize your order, to have selected the correct item, size, and color.
Exchanges are only considered for damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item(s) were shipped to you by mistake.
If you would like to exchange an item due to damage or defect at the time of delivery to you OR due to the incorrect item being shipped to you, please contact customer service for authorization within 7 days of the order being delivered to you. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC will fully examine and notify you via email, within reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the damage or defect. If entitled to a replacement item due to damage or defect, VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC will replace the item(s), subject to inventory, within reasonable time.
All eligible exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Should the replacement item(s) be out of stock, VAYNNE FITNESS, LLC will contact the customer to provide a full refund or store credit, based upon the customer's preference.
